The scanner failed to feed one or more pages through the ADF.

Remove all original documents from the ADF.

Note:

The message clears when the pages are removed from the ADF.

Open the ADF cover.

Firmly grasp the jammed paper on each side, and then gently pull it out.

Note:

Make sure all paper fragments are removed.

Close the ADF cover.

Reload original documents into the ADF, straighten the stack, and then adjust the paper guide.
