Chapter 13: Stacking

Before

configuring

the

stack:



Identify

the

VLAN

used

the

stacking

VLAN.



Save

the

current

configuration

external

device.

The

port

numbering

will

change

once

stacking

enabled.

Use

the

saved

configuration

reassign

ports/interfaces

per

the

new

port

numbering

scheme.

Once

stack

configured,

port

numbers

are

displayed

throughout

the

BBI

using

the

csnum

identify

the

switch,

followed

the

switch

port

number.

For

example:

Stacking VLANs

internal

traffic

can

change

the

VLAN,

Configuring Each Switch in a Stack
