2.11 EMERGENCY ESCAPE FROM OPERATOR'S COMPARTMENT

If it is impossible to open the cab door in an emergency, escape from the cab by the following way.

For how to open the front window, see "RETRACTING UPPER FRONT WINDOW".

1. Open the front window and escape through

the front window.

2. If the front window cannot be opened, break

the front window glass by using life hammer
(1) placed on the right rear of the cab.

3. If the front window is unavailable to escape,

break the rear window glass by using life
hammer (1).

Rear Window of Cab (Inside)

Pay attention to the broken pieces so as not to be injured when breaking the window glass.

Label (2) indicating the emergency exit are affixed on the rear window.
