REPLACING THE SIDE CUTTERS

1. Remove any sand and soil around the

attaching bolts, use an acetylene torch to cut
off the bolts, and then remove the side
cutters.

2. Clean the mounting surfaces and install new

side cutters.
When replacing the side cutters, replace the
bolts and nuts with new ones.
Tightening torque:
249.6 to 308.4 N

3. After tightening the nuts, spot-weld them.

SAFETY BLOCK

If the replacement is delayed, the body of the bucket will be damaged.
Early replacement is recommended.
