REPLACING BUCKET
• Park the machine on a level and firm place before operation. When working with other workers, surely send and
receive signals to each other and use extreme caution to ensure the safety.
• Never operate the front attachment abruptly because it is dangerous.
• When aligning the pin with a pin hole, never insert your fingers into the hole.
• Place the removed bucket in the stable condition.
REMOVING BUCKET

Put the bucket bottom on a level ground and stabilize it at the position where the load is not applied on the pins
of bucket and arm.

Move O-ring (1) from the specified position to bucket
boss (9).

Remove retaining ring (2) and pin (3) by using a flat-
head screwdriver.

Remove pins (4) and (5) and bucket (6).
Use caution to prevent sand or mud from sticking to
the removed pin. The both ends of pin holes of arm
(7) and bucket link (8) have the dust seals. Be
careful not to damage them.
