Repeat these steps to make all the patches you require
– in our example, we have patched the first 8 sources to
Faders 1 to 8:
Notice how the
Free processing
counter reduces after each
patch is made, and the row of yellow boxes, above the faders,
shows that an Input DSP resource is assigned.

To make consecutive patch points as above, press
[
SHIFT
] on the console keyboard and click and drag
diagonally across the grid.

To remove an existing patch, position the cursor and
press the [
SPACE bar
] or right-click again.
The patch is removed; the yellow triangle disappears.
Within the
DIO1
grid yellow triangles ( ) indicate the patch
points; this is because the Ethersound interface is bi-directional.
You can find more details on this on Page 232. If you make a
patch within the
DSP LINE
or
MUXI
grids, then a yellow box ( )
indicates the patch point.
