Processing the Stereo Master

The stereo Master (

MasL

and

MasR

) is patched to a UM8-PO

card. This means that it has output processing (Compressor,
Gate, 8-band Parametric EQ, 31-band Graphic EQ and Delay)
which is applied on the output card.

The standard template (

Templ1

) links this processing so that

any settings you apply on the

MasL

fader will apply to both left

and right, or vice versa. You can see this linking within the

LINK

I/O

display:

The display shows that a link group (Group

01

) has been

configured for the

MasL

and

MasR

outputs. This link group

links the

GAIN

,

DELAY

,

GATE,

COMP

and

EQU

(parametric

and graphic EQ) processing.
