Labelling an Output (Destination)
You can label a destination (Output) either from the
PATCH
OUT
grid or from the Main Mix display once a mix bus channel
has been patched to a physical Output.
To label the Output:
1.
Press
SEL
on the Output Fader or Smart Panel strip to
select the channel.
Note that if the mix bus is patched to multiple outputs, then you
should keep pressing
SEL
until the output you wish to label
appears on the Main Mix display.

Then press [
F3
] on the console keyboard
The Output LABEL window appears:

In the
OUTPUT
field, enter a new 4-character label from
the keyboard.

Below you can enter a longer alias (up to 16 characters)
which is tied to the output Label and will appear on the
Main Mix display.
5.
In the
MIX
field, you can also enter an alias for the mix
bus channel. This appears below the Peak and VU
metering on the Main Mix display.
6.
Confirm by pressing
OK
.
The new Label appears on the Fader strip, or Smart Panel
controller, and on the Main Mix display.
