Error

• One of the following error messages is added to Alarm Manager:

"E506: No box detected at box input.", "E500: timeout retrieving box

at input" or "E200: Timeout, reaching limit switch pusher box failed".

• Process is stopped.

• Remove box.

• Acknowledge alarm in the alarm manager.

• Initialize the system before Autosampler III can be restarted.

Box stuck at output

Warning

• Popup in HMI with message "Box output blocked."

• Remove box.

• Press "Ok" in popup.

• Autosampler III will continue.

Camera cannot

process box:

Wrong job loaded

No samples in box

Warning

• Warning is added to Alarm Manager "Product not matching recipe,

moving box out."

• Box is automatically outputted.

• Autosampler III will continue.

Mismatch between

product and

barcode

Warning

• Warning is added to Alarm Manager "Product not matching recipe,

No plate in stacker

Warning

• Warning is added to Alarm Manager "Detecting plate failed, please

• Press "Ok" in popup.
