This is a simplified view of boxes that show which samples are already sampled for the current
and previous box.
These fields show the currently loaded recipe, based on the scanned box barcode and the barcode of the
current plate.
A shallow well plate is displayed at the bottom. This visualizes which wells have been filled.
Clicking the well plate opens an overview of the well plate and indicates what is in each well
- sample and box sources.
These progress bars represent the volume of the reagents.
Each reagent has a warning and error parameter in the settings that configures when a corresponding
warning or error will be displayed (reagent low or critically low). When the reagents are empty, the "Reset"
button should be pressed to let the Autosampler III know that the reagents have been refilled.
