6.2. Cable End electrical assemblies

6.2.1. AC Power distribution assembly

The AC Power Distribution Assembly performs the following functions:

•

Conditions the incoming AC voltage with line filters.

•

Provides protection against ground faults.

•

Provides current protection to two separate circuits.

•

Provides over-temperature protection for the components housed
in the cable end including the motor controller.

•

Provides solid state switching of sheet guide heater power.

Figure 6-2 shows the major components of the AC Power Distribution
Assembly. Refer to Drawing 6580800612 for revision controlled version of
Figure 6-2 for a schematic of the AC Power Distribution Assembly.
