Setting the Judgment Wait Time (Delay Time)

4.12  Setting the Judgment Wait Time (Delay Time)

When the test voltage is applied to the capacitive test target, a high charging current may flow.

Setting the time period for not making the upper-limit judgment (lower-limit judgment for IR test) can 

prevent false judgment due to the influence of charging current.
