Setting the Upper-Limit Value for Judgment

4.5 Setting the Upper-Limit Value for Judgment

The upper limit for the current value or resistance value is set as the reference for pass/fail
judgment.

When the measured current value or resistance value exceeds the reference value, a fail judgment

is determined for the test target.

If a pass/fail judgment is not to be performed based on the upper-limit value for an IR test, the test
upper-limit value can be set to off.
