WARNING: Disconnect primary power prior to servicing.

Section 2 Installation

Diamond Series™

STEP 4

Activate power supply “B” by turning OFF LVPS A breaker and turning

ON LVPS B breaker.

STEP 5

Verify the DC voltages again on each pin of J7. The supplies are diode

or’ed together. This verifies that both supplies are operating.

STEP 6

Turn OFF circuit breakers to both Low Voltage Power Supplies. Wait for

the LEDs on the LVPS assembly to fade out, then reconnect J7.

2.9.3

Control Cabinet AC Voltage Check

STEP 1

Turn OFF all circuit breakers.

STEP 2

Disconnect AC inputs to the LVPS assembly in the rear of the Control

Cabinet by un-plugging in-line connectors P3 and P4, as shown in
Figure 2-8.

STEP 3

Turn ON the LVPS A and LVPS B breakers. Verify that 120 VAC is

present at in-line plugs P3 and P4 (pins 1 and 2) going into the LVPS
assembly.

STEP 4

Turn OFF both LVPS breakers. Reconnect P3 and P4.
