Understanding the Panel Controls

Shift and Function Extender Keys

Shift and Function Extender Keys

The

and

extender keys on the panel have the following functions:

Key(s)

Description

SHIFT

Extends access to secondary key functions (top function label on a key).

Press and release the

key, then press the target key to invoke its

secondary function.
See the individual key details for more information.

In addition, holding down

while using the

Jog Wheel

scrolls through the

first frame of every clip in the clips library.

FUNC

Extends functionality when used together with other keys. When pressed,
available option keys are lit to highlight the functions you can select.

Press and release the

key, then press the target key to invoke that

function.
