User Guide

Getting Started Checklist

There are a number of tasks you need to complete before you can start using LiveTouch
once all components are connected.

You might find it helpful to use the following checklist:

• Configure the output ports for Playout and set the port user ID.

• Configure which of the ingested live feeds are recorded on the sQ Server.

• Select the live feeds you want to use for clipping.

You can complete most configuration tasks using either the LiveTouch Panel or Desktop
Client GUI, however, it is recommended to use the setup features on the Panel as described
in the following sections. For setup information using the Desktop client GUI, see Chapter 5
on
