Cooking Procedures

1. Remove Fry Basket from Lift and set aside.

2. Place the Power Switch

in the

[OFF]

position.

3. Be sure the Selector Switch

is in the

[OFF]

position.

[CLOSE]

position (handle

vertical).

5. Place the Power Switch

position. The Power Light

will illuminate and Controller proceeds through the power-up phase

described in

Section 5.1.9, Start-Up Procedure

This section explains cooking procedures for the both GEF and GEF-VH Series Fryers ... The procedures in most cases

assume beginning with an empty, clean Fryer with Basket Lift in the raised position.

6. Fill the Fry Pot with liquid frying shortening to the

[ADD]

mark

When

cooking temperature is reach, expansion should bring oil level to near the

[FULL]

mark.

7. Use keypad
