3.3.7.2

List Entry Speed Up

The manipulation (adding, editing, deleting) of large numbers of list points can be speeded up by
changing the list trigger mode from the default mode (immediate) to a non-immediate one, e.g.:

•

TR 0

This will relieve the 12000A’s firmware of the burden of repeatedly terminating and relaunching list
execution in response to each command’s arrival, leaving it free to devote itself entirely to command
processing. After the list points are manipulated, and their lists precompiled, the trigger mode can be
changed as desired.
