Main Menu

Configuration

The UAS 7626 Configuration menu screen shown in Figure 5-2 appears when you type 1 to 
invoke the Configuration function from the Main Menu. It contains the following selections: 

•

Configuration – for setting operating characteristics, including how the unit exchanges data 
with its NIU 

•

Alarm Configuration – for selecting what alarms get reported as SNMP traps

To access a configuration function, type the selection number that corresponds to it and press the 
Enter key. Complete descriptions of the individual configuration functions appear on the 
following pages. 

This manual supplies worksheets for planning and recording details of configuration that have to 
be coordinated in units that are installed to work together. Instructions for completing the 
worksheets appear on the following pages, preceding the descriptions of configuration functions.
