ÄKTA ready gradient

About this chapter

This chapter provides an overview of the details of ÄKTA ready gradient. It describes
how to install the ÄKTA ready gradient flow section. It also provides an instruction how
to calibrate the pump.

Gradient linearity is ±4% between 10% to 90%.
