Action 

The device get a wrong trigger signal. Check the external 

trigger programming. 

Repeat the procedure.

 

If that still does not help contact the 

G.A.S. service hotline. 

Error message 

Stop recording first. 

Description 

When starting the trigger mode recording is activated. 

Action 

Deactivate recording and repeat the procedure.

 

If that still 

does not help contact the G.A.S. service hotline. 

Error message 

Select program first. 

Description 

When starting the trigger mode no program is activated.

 

Action 

Select a program and repeat the procedure.

 

If that still does 

not help contact the G.A.S. service hotline. 

Error message 

Can’t read calibration.gsd 

Description 

The import of the calibration.gsd. file failed. The file was not 

found. 

Action 

Ensure that the file calibration.gsd exist and is placed in the 

measurement subfolder of the device. Check network cable, 

network shares and IP-address. 

Repeat the procedure.

 

If that still does not help contact the
