14.3.2 Keyboard test

The keyboard test checks the plotter keyboard and radar operation panel (option) for proper

operation.

1. Press [MENU], [0], [8] to display the Test menu.

2. Select Yes from the Main Unit Keyboard field.

GP/GD-380 keyboard test

3. Press each key one by one. The pressed key's on-screen location lights in red if the key is

normal and a beep sounds. A key's location is blank if the key is faulty. The [DIM] key cannot

be checked.

Note:

For key panel (GP/GD-680), radar control panel (GP/GD-280/380) two beeps sounds

when

the [HL OFF] control is pressed.

4. To quit the keyboard test, press the [CLR] key three times.
