6.8 Wake-up Alarm
This alarm works just like an alarm clock, releasing the audio and visual alarms when the preset
time has arrived.
6.8.1 Setting the wake-up alarm
To set the wake-up alarm;
1. Press [MENU], [5], [1] to display the Alarm menu.
2. Select Page 2.
3. Select set from the Wake-up field.
4. Press
[↓]
, set alarm time using 24-hour notation and press the [ENT] key.
5. Press the [MENU] key several times to close the menu.
6.8.2 Disabling the wake-up alarm
When the wake-up alarm sounds, press the [CLR] key to silence the audio alarm. To cancel the
alarm set Wake-up on page 2 of the Alarm menu to Off.
6.9 Timer Alarm
This timer alarm counts down time, releasing the audio and visual alarms when the time entered
has come.
6.9.1 Setting the timer alarm
1. Press [MENU], [5], [1] to display the Alarm menu.
2. Select Page 2.
3. Select One Alarm or Repeat Alarm from the Timer field as appropriate. (One Alarm is for
one-time count down; Repeat Alarm is for repeated count down with audio alarm at every
terminal count.)
4. Press
[↓]
, set time using 24-hour notation and press the [ENT] key. For example, press [0],
[2], [3], [0], [ENT] to get the alarm 2 hours and 30 minutes later.
5. Press the [MENU] key several times to close the menu.
6.9.2 Canceling the timer alarm
Press the [CLR] key to silence the audio alarm. To cancel the alarm select Off at step 3 in the
above procedure.
