Clock Source Select
These READ/WRITE bit fields selects the transmit timing source for the
Transmit Framer block. These bits can also determine the direction of
TxSERCLK, TxSYNC, and TxMSYNC. The table below provides more
details.

Force Transmit LOS
This READ/WRITE bit field is used to force LOS to the transmit output
of TTIP/TRING.
0 - Setting this bit to ‘0’ will disable LOS transmission onto the output of
TTIP/TRING.
1 - Setting this bit to ‘1’ will enable LOS transmission onto the output of
TTIP/TRING.

: When TxSERCLK is chosen as transmit clock, TxSYNC/TxM-
SYNC can be programmed as input or output depending on the setting
of SYNC INV bit in Register Address 0xn109, bit 4. If SYNC INV bit is
set to ‘0’, TxSYNC/TxMSYNC are programmed to be inputs; if SYNC
INV bit is set to ‘1’, TxSYNC/TxMSYNC are programmed to be out-
puts.
