Make sure the library and tape drive(s) are not being used
by any host, then reset the library (see

cannot load the cartridge into the
tape drive.
Open the door and remove the magazines. Look for
anything that might be obstructing the robot along its reach
axis.
Make sure the library and tape drive(s) are not being used
by any host, then reset the library (see

The library
could not move the robot to the
home position on the wrist axis.
