10.1 Diagnostic events

10.1.1 Diagnostic message

Faults detected by the self-monitoring system of the measuring device are displayed as a

diagnostic message in alternation with the measured value display.

Status signals

The messages that can occur are listed in the table. The ALARM STATUS parameter shows

the message with the highest priority. The device has four different status information

codes according to NE107:

A0013956

"Failure"

A device error has occurred. The measured value is no longer valid.

A0013957

"Maintenance required"

Maintenance is required. The measured value remains valid.

A0013959

"Function check"

The device is in service mode (e.g. during a simulation).

A0013958

"Out of specification"

The device is being operated:
• Outside of its technical specifications (e.g. during startup or a cleaning)
• Outside of the configuration performed by the user (e.g. level outside configured span)

Diagnostic event and event text

The fault can be identified by means of the diagnostic event.
The event text helps you by providing information about the fault.
