Displaying Messages in Inbox/Outbox

Viewing the Inbox screen

The sender’s name is displayed in the sender column when the sender’s mail address is
saved in the Phonebook. The phone number or mail address is displayed when it is not
saved in the Phonebook.
Names are not displayed when the Phonebook lock is set or when the phonebook entry is
set as secret data.
(Names in entries set as secret data are displayed when Secret mode is set to “ON”.)
If the image URL is displayed in the text and the image is saved in My picture, press

the message display screen to display received/saved images.
You can receive image data of up to 20KB in size.

Received date/time (The date/time received at the i-mode center is
displayed.)

Sender (Displayed when the other party’s image is registered in the
Phonebook. Even if an image is not registered, the image is displayed
when set in the phonebook as a group and a Picture call image is
registered in that group.)

Text

“- END -” is displayed at the end of the text. Portions exceeding the
receivable character limit are deleted automatically and “/” or “//” is
inserted at the end of the text.

Up to 8 full-pitch (16 half-pitch) characters are displayed for names
(when font size is Default).
