Removing the cables from the fabric carrier card

Prerequisites

1.

Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions section.

2.

Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your system section.

3.

Remove the sled from the enclosure.

Steps
1.

Pressing the button on top of the fabric connector, release and slide the connector and cable away from the fabric carrier card.

Release the side band cable from the cable clamp.

3.

Holding the cable connector, pull the connector away to release the cable from the socket on the system board.
