Clear tube to XD105

Using the same method as above, calibrate the zero pressure offset of the air gas supply pressure
transducer (XD102).

Remove the yellow tubing from transducer XXD102.

Adjust the setting of

t Insp

to “6”.

Calibrate the value of

Air Gas Supply

to 0.0 ± 0.1 psig.

Using the same method as above, calibrate the gain of air gas supply pressure transducer (XD102).

Adjust the setting of

t Insp

to “7”.

Tee in a calibrated pressure gauge and apply a pressure of 25 psig to the top port of transducer
XD102.

Using the setting for

Resp Rate

, calibrate the value of

Air Gas Supply

to 25.0 ±0.1 psig.

Reconnect the yellow tubing to the top port of transducer XD102.

Using the same method as above, calibrate the zero pressure offset of oxygen gas supply pressure
transducer (XD103).

Remove the blue tubing from transducer XD103.

Adjust the setting of

t Insp

to “8”.

Calibrate the value of

Oxygen Gas Supply

to 0.0 ± 0.1 psig.

Using the same method as above, calibrate the gain of oxygen gas supply pressure transducer (XD103).

Adjust the setting of

t Insp

to “9”.

Tee in a calibrated pressure gauge and apply a pressure of 25 psig to the top port of transducer
XD103.

Calibrate the value of

Oxygen Gas Supply

to 25.0 ±0.1 psig.

Reconnect the blue tubing to the top port of transducer XD103.

Turnoff the ventilator.

Disconnect the air and O

gas supplies, and AC power.

Before proceeding with the pneumatics calibration, the analog PCB in the ventilator must already be calibrated.
