EV SetConfigCharSpacing(<WafID>,<Config>,<CharSpacing>)
When ‘Chars, SEMI’, ‘Chars, IBM’ or ‘Chars, Triple’ is the selected Mark, the Character
Spacing setting controls the tolerance of the spacing between adjacent characters and
the vertical alignment of the characters.
