Maintenance

1. Open the cutting blade shield.
2. Noting the direction of the flat faces on the

blade pin, shift the blade along the mounting
slot to remove.

3. Install a new blade pin and a wave washer to

the blade and shift blade along the mounting

slot, noting the direction of the flat faces.

• Always put thick gloves on and be cautious when handling the blade because both

edges of the cutting blade stay can get sharp by wear.

• Wear Limit: See page 72

• If dirt or grass enters into the mounting slot, making removal of the blade difficult,

remove dirt or grass with a flathead screw driver before removing the blade.

• If it is difficult to remove the blade, use a 24mm spanner to remove
