Maintenance

Lock Nut

Turnbuckle

5347M-0508-020E

5.  If the washer is not aligned with the notches, 

loosen the lock nut and adjust the turnbuckle.

6.  Tighten the lock nut.

7.  Reinstall the rear cover, engine hood, and 

rear bumper.

 • If the washer cannot be aligned to the 

notches by adjusting the turnbuckle (V-belt 
tension cannot be set within the specified 
range),  the V-belt needs to be replaced. 
Contact your CANYCOM representative for 
replacement.

NOTE

 • Do not allow bystanders to come near machine when inspecting mower brake. 

Ride on machine when testing mower brake.

Mower Brake

 • Never place any part of body under cutting blade shield when mower is running.

NOTE

4.  Visually inspect if the washer that holds the
