Wear Limit
Blade Pin
Replace when either
of the part wears out
• Wear Limit
Blade: Up to the line connecting the outer
edge and the inner edge.
Blade Pin: Up to either of the shoulder.
NOTE
1. Open the cutting blade shield.
2. Visually inspect the blades and blade pins
for wear and damage. If the blades are worn
normally, turn them over and use. Replace if
both of the edges are worn. If the blades or
blade pins are worn excessively, deformed,
damaged, or missing, replace them with new
ones.
3. Inspect the cutting blade stay. If the stay is
worn excessively, deformed or damaged,
contact your CANYCOM representative and
have it replaced with a new one.
4. Close the cutting blade shield.
• Wear Limit: Up to the solid line in the
left figure (should have more than 15mm
clearance between the edge of the cutting
blade stay and mounting slot.)
