PERIODI DI LUNGA INATTIVITÁ
Le seguenti operazioni devono essere eseguite
da un manutentore meccanico.
Prima di riporre il polverizzatore nella sua area di
parcheggio verificare ed eseguire le seguenti ope-
razioni:
• Che il prodotto sia stato completamente scari-
cato.
• Posizionare l’albero cardanico su adeguati sup-
porti in modo che l’albero stesso e le sue pro-
tezioni non vengano rovinate.
• Lavare il polverizzatore con un getto d’acqua
facendo attenzione alle parti elettriche.
• Ingrassare tutti i punti di ingrassaggio ed even-
tuali superfici che richiedono questo trattamen-
to.
• Spalmare del grasso sullo stelo dei pistoni ed
eventuali guide.
• Ricoprire il polverizzatore per quanto possibile,
con un telo protettivo.
ATTENZIONE
Nel parcheggiare il polverizzatore è molto im-
portante che il luogo in cui si pone sia:
- Asciutto.
- Al riparo dagli agenti atmosferici.
- Custodito o chiuso per impedire il libero ac-
cesso al polverizzatore a quanti non sono
abilitati al suo uso.
Sarà beneficio dell’utilizzatore ritrovare il
polverizzatore in perfette condizioni alla ripresa
del lavoro.
RIMESSA IN FUNZIONE
Tale operazione deve essere svolta da un
manutentore meccanico.
Verificare il perfetto stato dei dispositivi, il livello
dei liquidi operativi e le condizioni generali del
polverizzatore.
TEMPORARY STORAGE OR/AND
FOR LONG PERIODS OF IDLENESS
The following operations must be carried out by
a mechanical maintenanceman.
Before putting the wagon in its parking area,
check and carry out the following operations:
• Make sure that it is completely unloaded.
• Place the cardan shaft on suitable supports so
that the shaft and its guards are not ruined.
• Wash the sprayer with a jet of cold water, paying
attention to the electrical parts.
• Lubricate all the grease points and any surfaces
requiring this treatment.
• Spread grease on the door piston rods and
eventual guides.
• Cover the sprayer as much as possible with a
protective cover.
IMPORTANT!
When parking the wagon, the place where
the machine is put must be:
- Dry.
- Shielded from atmospheric agents.
- Guarded or closed to prevent free access
to the machine by those not enabled to use
it.
It is to the user’s advantage to have the sprayer
in perfect conditions when starting work.
RESTARTING
This operation must be carried out by a
maintenance mechanic.
Check the perfect state of the sprayer’s devices,
the level of operative fluids and general state of
the sprayer.
