GARANZIA
Il costruttore garantisce che i suoi prodotti sono
privi di difetti nel materiale e nella lavorazione per
un periodo di un anno dalla data della consegna,
in condizioni normali di uso e di manutenzione.
L’obbligo derivante da questa garanzia, è limitato
alla sostituzione e/o alla riparazione di quel parti-
colare o particolari che dopo nostra ispezione si
verificassero difettosi nel materiale o nella lavora-
zione e che non siano stati alterati in alcun modo
o che non siano stati soggetti a cattivo uso, ne-
gligenza o incidente.
Le spese per eventuali sopralluoghi, eseguiti dal-
la Ditta
CAFFINI
, le spese di trasporto ed imbal-
laggio delle parti da riparare o sostituire, nonchè
la manodopera per il montaggio delle medesime,
sono a carico del compratore.
Nessuna garanzia fatta da persona diversa dal
Costruttore, sarà ritenuta valida e vincolante.
Il Costruttore si riserva il diritto di apportare mo-
difiche nei suoi prodotti in qualsiasi momento sen-
za preavviso. Quando vengono effettuati tali cam-
biamenti, il Costruttore non si assumerà nessun
obbligo di effettuare queste modifiche in prodotti
fabbricati precedentemente.
All’atto della consegna, controllare che l’atomiz-
zatore non abbia subito danni durante il traspor-
to e che siano a posto gli eventuali accessori.
Gli eventuali reclami dovranno essere pre-
sentati per iscritto, entro 6 giorni.
L’acquirente potrà far valere i suoi diritti sulla
garanzia solo qualora abbia rispettato le con-
dizioni di garanzia insite nel contratto di
fornitura.
GUARANTEE
The manufacturer guarantees that his products
are free of defects in material and workmanship
for a period of one year from delivery, under
normal conditions of use and maintenance.
The liability arising from this guarantee is lim-
ited to the replacement and/or repair of that
part or those parts, which, after our inspection,
are found to be defective in material or work-
manship, provided that they were not tampered
or subjected to bad use, negligence or accident.
Any expenses for checks on site carried out by
CAFFINI
, transport costs, packaging of any parts
to be repaired or replaced as well as the
manpower hours will be paid by the buyer.
Any guarantee made by persons different from
the manufacturer, will not be considered valid
and binding.
The manufacturer reserves the right to modify
his products at any time without any advance
notice. When any modifications occur, the manu-
facturer shall not be obliged to carry out such
modifications in previously manufacted products.
On delivery it is necessary to check that the
sprayer has not been damaged during the trans-
port and that it is complete with the eventual
accessories.
Eventual claims should be communicated in
writing within 6 days.
The buyer can avail himself of his guarantee
rights only if he has observed all the guar-
antee conditions contained in the sale con-
tract.
