VOLUMETRIC CONTROL UNIT
REGULATION
Regulation of the volumetric distributor
and pressure regulation must be
carried out from the driver’s seat on
the tractor.
VOLUMETRIC DISTRIBUTOR
FOR SPRAYER 150 l/min
1. Initial adjustment:
1) Move the main lever (1 - Fig. 27) to a vertical
position.
2) Unscrew the pressure adjusting knob (2)
counterclockwise.
3) Move the levers of the section valves (3) to
the OFF position - lever down.
4) Completely screw the section regulators (4 -
5) clockwise.
5) Engage the P.T.O. and let the pump run for
few seconds, until the air contained in the
circuit has been completely exhausted.
6) Move the main lever (1) downwards, thus
putting the system under pressure. Now the
sprayer is ready for use.
7) Adjust pressure by means of the knob (2) at
the desired pressure value 10±15 bar.
8) At last, by lifting the section levers (3) it is possible
to open or close the different boom sections.
2. Constant pressure adjustment: this
adjustment should be performed using clean water.
1) Choose the tractor speed and check the
necessary engine r.p.m. (looking at the
instructions for use of tractor, the tachometer,
or better by checking directly - see tractor speed).
2) Run tractor engine at the desired r.p.m., open
all section valves (3) by moving them to the
ON position, and put the equipment under
the desired pressure, for instance 4 bar, by
acting on the knob (5) .
REGOLAZIONI GRUPPI COMANDO
VOLUMETRICI
La regolazione dei ritorni volumetrici ed
i comandi di regolazione pressione, de-
vono essere eseguiti dal posto di guida
del trattore.
DISTRIBUTORE VOLUMETRICO
PER POMPE FINO A 150 l/min
1. Regolazione iniziale:
1) Mettere la leva generale (1 - Fig.27) in po-
sizione verticale.
2) Svitare il pomello pressione (2) girando in
senso antiorario.
3) Mettere le leve delle valvole di sezione (3) in
posizione OFF leva in basso.
4) Avvitare completamente girando in senso ora-
rio i regolatori di sezione (4) e volumetrico (5) .
5) Azionare la presa di forza e far girare la pom-
pa per alcuni secondi fino a che sia stata espulsa
completamente tutta l’aria presente nel circuito.
6) Abbassare la leva (1) generale portando in
pressione l’impianto. Ora il polverizzatore è
pronto per essere utilizzato.
7) Regolare la pressione agendo sul pomello (2) ,
portandola al valore di circa 10±15 bar.
8) Alzando infine le leve di sezione (3) si potranno
aprire o chiudere le varie sezioni della barra.
2. Regolazione pressione costante: questa
regolazione deve essere effettuata con acqua pulita.
1) Scegliere la velocità di avanzamento della
trattrice e verificare i giri motore necessari
(guardando il libretto istruz. del trattore, il ta-
chimetro se esiste o meglio verificando diret-
tamente - vedi velocità di avanzamento).
2) Portare la trattrice ai giri motore prescelti,
aprire tutte le valvole di sezione (3) , portandole
in posizione ON , e portare l’attrezzatura alla pres-
sione prescelta, es.4 bar, agendo sul pomello (5) .
