Dirt in diaphragm.

Possible Solutions
Remove and clean tip.
Remove and clean strainer.
Remove and clean line strainer.
Remove and clean inline strainer.
Remove diaphragm cap and check
spring action.
Increase the pump pressure to the
proper rate.
Disassemble and clean diaphragm.
Replace with new one.
Disassemble diaphragm and inspect
Clean or replace if necessary.
Remove and clean. Replace and
check spray pattern and nozzle flow
rate again. See Section 4.6. Replace
tip with a new one if the pattern is still
visibly distorted or if flow rate is 5%
above the nozzle rating.
Check nozzles for wear and replace
if necessary.
Increase the pressure to proper rate.
Only use water from a clean source.
Check that the screen size is
compatible with the tips. See Section
4.9.
Be certain solution is mixes thoroughly
and has sufficient agitation to keep the
chemical suspended in solution.
Refer to chemical label for correct
