5.17 CHECKING THE TRACTOR WIRING HARNESS

NOTE: If all circuits are not working, refer to Section 7.5 of the Trouble
Shooting section.

To check the tractor wiring harness:

1. Disconnect the tractor harness from the spayer harness.

2. Turn the tractor ignition switch on.

3. Go back to the tractor harness connector. Using a Volt meter set

to the 25 volt scale, place the black probe in the #6 hole (ground).

4. Touch the red probe on the other sockets and watch the volt meter.

Sockets # 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 &
22 will show a voltage. The voltage may be as low as 0.5 volts.
