General Errors (Continued)

Carrier X-axis movement failed positional verify

Motor X-axis failed to get to the same position when moved a known number
of steps from the home position and back.

Probable Causes:

•

The belt has slipped because of incorrect tension, a loose motor pulley, or
a loose belt clamp.

•

Defective motor drive.

Carrier Y-axis movement failed positional verify

Motor X-axis failed to get to the same position when moved a known number
of steps from the home position and back.

Probable Causes:

Optical trigger flag has moved or is loose.

Filter wheel is binding against the motor gear.
