KGX Mounting (All Models)
(1)
The KGX is designed to be mounted in any convenient location in the cockpit, the cabin,
or an avionics bay.
(2)
The following installation procedure must be followed, remembering to supply adequate space
for installation of cables and connectors.
(a)
Select a position in the aircraft that is not too close to any high external heat source (the
KGX is not a significant heat source itself).
(b)
Avoid sharp bends and placing the cables too near to the aircraft control cables.
(c)
Attach the KGX on a flat surface according to the KGX mounting requirements illustrated
in Figure 1002.
