System Messages

(a)

If the KGX detects a malfunction, the screen displays the MSG icon in the center of
the LCD to indicate warning messages are present. Depending on the nature of the
malfunction, the KGX may not be transmitting ADS-B messages. The Warning page is
only available when the MSG icon is present.

(b)

To view the system messages on the Warning page, push the FN button four times. The
WARNING is displayed top center along with a brief description of the fault.
