2.2 Switches of the instrument dashboard
Switches of the instrument dashboard are shown in figure 2.2.1
.
1 – multifunctional underwheel switch; 2 – emergency flashing switch; 3 – central
light switch; 4 – windscreen washer switch; 5 – starter and instruments switch.

Starter and instruments switch 5 (figure 2.2.1) has four positions:
- “0” – off;
- “I” – instruments, pilot lamps units are on;
- “II” – starter is on (non-fixed position);
- “III” – radio receiver is on (turn of the key anticlockwise).
Radio receiver only works in the positions “I” and “III” of starter and instruments switch.
Scheme of starter and instruments switch positions is shown in figure 2.2.2 and in
the instruction plate of the switch.

The multifunctional underwheel switch 1 (fig 2.2.1) provides for activation of turn
blinkers, switching between upper and lower beam of headlights, upper beam blinking, au-
dible beep:
- as you move the lever of the underwheel switch 1 from or to yourself the right and
the left turn blinkers are turned on accordingly. As the tractor has made a turn the lever
automatically returns to the initial position.
- the
audible beep is activated by pressing the lever in axial direction. The beep can be
activated in any position of the underwheel switch 1.
- as the road headlights are turned on (the button 3 is set to position “III”) and the
lever of the underwheel switch 1 is moved down, the upper beam gets activated, and as
the road headlights are on and the lever of the underwheel switch is moved up – the lower
beam gets activated.
