11.7.4 *IDN?
This query requests the power supply to identify itself. It returns the data in four fields separated by
commas. Note that any installed options such as –IF are not reflected in the *IDN? query response.
The presence of these options that may affect the power supply’s capabilities must be determined by
using other queries.

11.7.5 *RCL
This command restores the power supply to a state that was previously stored in memory with a
*SAV command to the specified location. The XDS Series offers eight non-volatile memory locations
for storing instrument setups.
