Relay status feedback occurs without configuration as defined below.
Communication fault
When using fieldbus control, specify the bypass action if serial communication is
lost.

Pre-defined feedback
Inputs to the controller (bypass outputs) have pre-defined meanings established by
the protocol. This feedback does not require bypass configuration. The following
table lists a sample of feedback data. For a complete listing, see input word/point/
object listings in the technical data for the appropriate protocol.

Bypass Fault Bypass is faulted.
Bypass Alarm Bypass is alarming.
Comm Control System is configured for control in the comm
channel
