3 Click the Device type configuration radio button and select 3Com XRN
Fabric from the drop-down list.
4 Click Next to show the Servers step in the wizard and continue selecting
Next until the Configuration Summary step is shown.
5 Click Finish to apply the previously applied configuration to your XRN
core.
Prioritizing NBX Voice
Traffic
You have recently installed an NBX phone system in your network and
wish to ensure that the phone calls made using the system are of high
quality, even when the network is congested. To do this:
1 Ensure the NBX network call processor has been discovered by 3Com
Network Director and is present in the map. See
“NBX Phone Detection”
on page 95 for more information on how to do this.
2 Launch the Prioritize Network Traffic Wizard using Tools> Prioritize
Network Traffic .
3 In the Introduction step, select Next . The wizard will analyze your
network and display the Configuration Type step as shown below:

4 Click the Network-wide configuration radio button and click Next to
show the NBX step.
