3-5 Crane driving safety instructions

Driving state overload may cause the following risks:

Crane braking distance increasing may lead to the danger.
●
Steering system parts damaged resulting in a steering failure.
●
Brake drum may wear accelerately causing the braking ability reducing and increasing
the driving risk.
●
Parking brake ( hand brake ) can not ensure its normal function.

3-5-2 Hook transportation
When the crane is driving on the road, one should obey the national and local road traf
fi
c rules.
Before the crane is driving on the road, one must ensure that the complete crane quality, axle load and
appearance size are in the scope of vehicle license provisions (peci
fi
c requirement details see operation
manual 13.1.1 and 13.2.1 about the driving state requirement).
The maximum allowable weight on the complete crane driving state is 50t, please don't carry other
unspeci
fi
ed weights so as to avoid the axle load overload
Axle load is separated for design value and the maximum allowable value of road traffic
regulations, and the crane driving on the highway is not allowed exceeding the limit value of road
traf
fi
c rules.
