9-5-2 Mounting arm end single pulley
When driving, the arm end single pulley is arranged on the left side of main crane boom and
fi
xed
using pins A and B, as shown in the Figure9-20.

1. The arm end single pulley installation methods are as follows:
a. Remove pin shaft A, rotate as rotation axis of pin shaft B, make the arm end single pulley C2
hole to align at the main crane boom C1 hole, plug pin shaft C as shown in the Figure9-21,and steer the
auxiliary lifting steel wire rope by pulley.
b. Turn on the arm end single pulley lifting height limit switch, insert the cable plug into the
control box socket of main crane boom head, and mount the lifting limit switch touch block.
