10. When the wind speed exceeds the
prescribed maximum work speed, prohibit the
crane operation.
11 . W h e n t h e c r a n e o p e r a t i o n i n t h e
conditions of icy on crane structure or around
visibility reduced weather, one should slow
down or provide effective communication
means (such as radios etc.) to ensure the safe
operation of the crane.
12. When the crane night-time operation,
there should be suf
fi
cient brightness on operation
site.
13. Please do changes or settings likely to
affect the safety of the crane without informing
the manufacturer. including
：
a. mount the safety device etc.
b. set the safety device or safety valve etc.
14. The welding work about lifting weight
parts must be conducted by the qualified
personnel according to the provisions. In
order to prevent injuries, when conducting any
welding work one must be in accordance with
the prescribed steps, especially for electronic
components welding. Please contact Xugong
after-sales service department before doing
any welding work to learn about the related
precautions
15. The lifting capacity calculation and
judgment will affect the lifting operation safety
performance, one should pay attention to the
following contents:
a. the lifting weight in the rated crane
weight table includes a hook, a steel wire rope
and a lifting appliance weight. For example:
the weight in the rated crane weight table is
80000kg, the hook weight is 1000kg, and the

according to the rules in the rated capacity
table, prohibit overload;

Prohibit using the interpolation
method to calculate the weight.
