Chapter 7 Traveling Status on Highway
7-1 Preparations before traveling

Travelling on highway should be -----

regulations, the maximum weight of the vehicle
on the People's Republic of China national road
shall not be more than 50t.
1. Check the coolant level
T h e v e h i c l e a d o p t s t r a n s l u c e n t P V C
material expansion tank located in the left side
of the boom bracket behind the cab. There MAX
and MIN two marks on the expansion tank,
representing the highest water level limit and
lowest water level limit. You can see coolant
level through the expansion tank. You should
ensure that the coolant level is located between
t w o m a r k s u n d e r n o r m a l c i r c u m s t a n c e s .
When there is insufficient coolant, you should
replenish the coolant with the method as
follows:
In the cold state, open the pressure cap
of the expansion tank, replenish coolant to the
position about 1cm below the highest limit,
cover the pressure cap, and then start the
engine and make it run at about 1000r/min, pay
attention to observe the water level dropping
The 3.5t balance weight for travelling
state should not all mounted on the end of
the turntable, 1.3t of balance weight balance
must be placed and

xed
fi
rmly on the frame
bracket, otherwise there is a risk of damages
to axle and turning over!

I n t h e n o r m a l o p e r a t i o n o f t h e
vehicle, the coolant liquid level should be
checked until the system cools down in
order to prevent injury to people due to high-
temperature liquid and vapor.

The coolant must not be filled when the
engine is in high temperature state.Otherwise it
may cause the engine to explode.
