3-2-5 Installation personnel 3-2-6 Maintenance personnel
1. Duties
The installation personnel is responsible
for mounting the crane machine according to the
installation plan and product manual, when need
two or more installation personnel, one person
should be designated as "installation supervisor"
at any time to supervise the installation work.
2. Basic requirements
The installation personnel should have the
following conditions:
a. have the corresponding educational
level;
b.over 18 years old;
c. qualified to this job in personal aspects
of vision, hearing and reaction capacity;
d. have physical strength of safe handling
goods including the crane machine installation
work;
e. can be qualified to the working at ----
height environment, except the operation in the
training purpose of under the supervision of the
professional and technical personnel ;
f. have abilities of heavy weight quality
estimation, load balance, and the distance,
height and clearance judgments;
g. received the lifting technology and the
crane operation command signal training;
h. have abilities of choosing appropriate
lifting appliance and components according to
the object conditions;
i. received the qualified training aspects
of the crane installation, disassembly and the
installed crane operation;
j. received the quali
fi
ed training aspects of
mounting safety device and commissioning on
the installed crane operation.
1. Duties
The maintenance personnel are responsible
for maintenance of the crane machine and safety
use of the crane machine and normal operation.
They should do all necessary maintenance for
the crane machine in accordance with the repair
manual and under the safety work system.
2. Basic requirements
The maintenance personnel should have the
following conditions:
a. have the corresponding educational
level;
b. familiar with the repaired crane machine
and its risks;
c. received the corresponding education
and training including learning courses related
to the special equipment use;
Familiar with the work procedures and
safety protection measures related to the crane
machine maintenance.
